S&S Worldwide, a recreation, education, sports and healthcare products catalog marketer, renewed its contract for catalog printing with Quad/Graphics for another five years, Quad/Graphics said yesterday.
Quad/Graphics said it will print more than 5 million catalogs yearly under 19 titles for S&S, Colchester, CT. Financial terms of the contract extension were not disclosed.
S&S is an 18-year client of Quad/Graphics and one of the first users of the printing company's plant in Saratoga Springs, NY. The cataloger was among the first Quad/Graphics clients to switch to digital photography and computer-to-plate workflow.
Among the S&S titles in the contract is Sally Distributors, a toy and novelty maker acquired by S&S in August 2002. Quad/Graphics began printing the title in March 2003 and will print 1.1 million of the catalogs yearly.
