Sprint PCS yesterday began offering TD Waterhouse Group Inc.'s investing services and financial products to its wireless users.
Subscribers to Sprint's PCS Wireless Web program will now find TD Waterhouse under the “Finance” channel. The channel was already offering a handful of other financial firms such as Ameritrade.com and CharlesSchwab.com.
In addition, Sprint wireless customers will be charged the normal TD Waterhouse online commission starting at $12 for market orders of up to 5,000 shares. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
