Spiegel Catalog Inc., Downers Grove, IL, the wholly owned catalog subsidiary of Spiegel Inc., said Tuesday that it has signed a letter of intent to purchase the intellectual property of Clifford & Wills.
The property includes its name, customer file, images, logos and trademarks from J. Crew Group Inc. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Spiegel expects to mail the first Clifford & Wills catalog in March.
Separately, Spiegel has confirmed it discontinued Elements, its home furnishings catalog. The Elements merchandise will be folded back into its core spring Spiegel catalog.
