SAN FRANCISCO — Enterprise marketing software provider SmartFocus Group PLC has launched SmartReaction, a solution for the analysis, management and execution of campaigns via the Web channel.
SmartReaction is an online marketing platform that incorporates data mining and analysis functions, automation of the communication process and real-time messaging.
SmartFocus, Bristol, Britain, said the solution can handle hundreds of millions of digital messages, including e-mails, SMS, RSS flows and microsites. The announcement was made at the DMA06 conference and exhibition.
