NEW YORK — SmartFocus, an enterprise marketing management software provider for direct and database marketing, is expected to introduce U.S. integrated e-mail capabilities and the SmartCampaigner campaign management solution.
SmartCampaigner provides organizations with an opportunity to manage complex programs and campaign processes and orchestrate offers, products and messages across multiple channels.
SmartCampaigner offers an affordable technology answer to marketing campaign management requirements, providing functionality for executing and automating multiple campaigns through multiple channels.
The solution is integrated with SmartFocus’ advanced analysis and modeling technologies to provide a complete marketing automation and customer insight platform for marketers. Once employed, SmartCampaigner improves campaign time to market, increases productivity, introduces and automates customer contact strategies, and boosts response rates, the company said.
“Having performed very successfully in Europe, SmartCampaigner is the next logical addition to our current range of analysis, modeling and reporting solutions for marketers, each delivering real return on marketing investment,” said Mark Bell, vice president of North America for SmartFocus, at the 2006 DM Days New York Conference & Expo.
Mr. Bell also said that in May 2006, SmartFocus acquired UK-based E-mail Reaction, which provides e-mail, Web, RSS and online marketing services.
