The Arizona Diamondbacks will use Smart Button's fan loyalty product, SportTrak, to support the baseball team's DiamondBackers Program, the Newark, DE, company announced this month.
SportTrak is a Web-based fan loyalty system that provides marketing tools to gather information on their fans and communicate with them.
Members of the free DiamondBackers Program receive “members only” offers and earn points for attending games. As points accumulate, fans can win prizes such as autographed items, an opportunity to throw out the first pitch at a game or watching a game from a luxury suite.
