Six Continents Hotels, owner of brands like Holiday Inn and InterContinental, asked iPerceptions Inc., New York, to conduct user behavior studies on its Web sites.
IPerceptions will conduct webValidator studies on chains like Holiday Inn, InterContinental, Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn Express and Staybridge Suites. The hospitality group's Priority Club Rewards program is also part of the assignment.
The studies will offer Six Continents the tools to identify what customers want from its respective hotel Web sites. The product will research user behavior on these sites, helping increase the number of reservations made online.
