ShowCase, Chicago, a customer relationship management provider, yesterday began offering the ShowCase Customer Focus Suite, software that provides users with the ability to measure customer value, behavior, profitability and performance.
The software runs on the IBM sServer iSeries platform and Windows NT.
The suite features the following four modules:
· Customer Value Modeling: Allows an organization to choose the medium — sales region, revenue or time period — by which customers should be ranked or modeled.
· Customer Value Analysis: Ranks customers based on their value and projects the potential growth of existing customers.
· Customer Behavior Analysis: Features a customer behavior monitor that measures customer growth, retention, migration analyses, at-risk customers, and marketing and sales contact planning
· Customer Goal Management: Develops and monitors customer-specific growth strategies and revenue goals.
The suite is available in the United States and Europe. Pricing ranges from $15,500 to $35,000 per module.
