Shawn Wang, CFO of Chinese search engine Baidu, passed away at the end of last month in an accident while on vacation. He joined the company in 2004 and is credited with helping the company successfully list on the Nasdaq stock market in 2005. The company, which had a 60.5% share of China’s search engine market in the Q3, reported a 113.2% increase in year-over-year revenue.
