Ever since it went public last fall, Twitter has been working overtime to try and increase engagement and user growth. it’s redesigned its profile pages, added more visuals to timelines and increased its advertising features. While we’re still waiting to see the user growth figures for this quarter, the platform appears do be doing pretty well on the engagement side.
Content sharing service ShareThis reports that in Q1 2014, sharing via Twitter grew faster than any other social network. Here’s a breakdown of how the other social media networks performed. Generally, sharing was up on all social channels, with the exception of email, which continued to decline as a content sharing medium.
