Noosh, Palo Alto, CA, has collected a list of print buyers and sellers at www.noosh.com. The Web site also offers supply-chain e-commerce and print services.
Smartworks.com, Dayton, OH, announced the launch of its company this week. The Web-based firm offers online management systems to develop paper and electronic documents for print production companies.
