Vickers & Benson Direct + Interactive has been named agency of record by Service Experts Inc., Dallas, a retail heating, air conditioning and ventilation service company.
The Toronto agency is charged with handling direct response marketing for Service Experts and its 150 service centers dotting the United States. Billings are $2 million.
This win extends Vickers’ relationship with Service Experts. Since 1999, the agency has handled print, broadcast and in-home consumer and trade advertising for Lennox Retail Canada and promotions for Lennox dealers. Lennox is Service Experts’ Canadian affiliate.
Vickers will launch direct mail campaigns for Service Experts later this year. To try to create excitement around furnaces and air conditioners, Vickers said, it will strive to build the Service Experts brand and customer database and will communicate regularly with the target audience on the importance of home comfort and safety.
