As a senior analyst with Forrester Research, Jason serves Customer Insight Professionals, helping them leverage customer data to improve marketing and overall business performance. Jason’s research agenda focuses on trends and best practices at the intersection of customer analytics and marketing technology. This includes recommendations on improving analytic performance and measurement and optimizing customer interactions through analytics.
Previous Work Experience
Prior to joining Forrester, Jason led analytic teams at M Squared Group, a data-driven consultancy, and at Supervalu. Jason began his career as a marketing scientist at M Squared Group, leveraging a wide variety of algorithms to enhance business decisions.
Education
Jason holds a B.A. from Carleton College and an M.S. from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.

Previous positions included director of client delivery at ClarityBlue, Inc., a provider of hosted customer intelligence solutions to enterprise commercial organizations, and COO/CIO of Riscuity, a receivables management company specializing in the utilization of analytics to drive collections.
