Sears Holdings Taps 3 for Lands' End, Direct, CRM Operations

Sears Holdings formally named David McCreight president of Lands' End yesterday. McCreight, who joined Lands' End in 2003, has been acting as interim president since Aug. 4.

Sears also named former IBM executive Maureen McGuire to the new position of executive vice president and chief marketing officer for Sears Holdings. The chief marketing officers for Sears, Roebuck and Co. and Kmart will report to McGuire, as well as the customer direct division, which includes the catalog operation and online.

Also joining Sears as executive vice president of customer strategy and insight is Corwin Yulinsky, who was with McKinsey and Co. While there, Yulinsky developed customer relationship and distribution strategies for several financial institutions.

All three positions will report to Sears Holding chairman Edward S. Lampert.
