SAS has launched SAS Marketing Optimization, a new campaign management tool, the Cary, NC, company said yesterday.
The solution lets marketers evaluate multiple campaigns simultaneously, the company said. SAS Marketing Optimization can be used for outbound marketing across all channels so that each customer is targeted with the appropriate message.
The company also announced the general availability of SAS Interaction Management 1.1, a real-time marketing solution that tracks individual customer behavior, and SAS Marketing Automation 3.1, which lets marketers use their analytic software to design campaigns through a Web browser.
The announcements came at the 21st annual SAS European Users Group International conference in Vienna, Austria.
