SAP America Inc. awarded a service contract to teleservices provider ICT Group for facilities and operations management support of SAP's inside sales and lead generation initiative for North America, ICT announced yesterday.
Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
The services ICT Group will provide to SAP America include recruiting, hiring and training of sales staff, managing the lead generation program, streamlining the sales process and ensuring consistent results.
SAP America, Chicago, is a provider of business software technology. ICT Group, Newtown, PA, provides customer management and business process outsourcing including customer retention and care, upselling and cross-selling, customer acquisition, tech support and market research as well as back-end services.
