Several divisions of The Salvation Army named MSP Development Group, Freedom, PA, as their direct marketing agency.
The divisions include Empire State, Southern New England, Southwest Ohio and Northeast Kentucky.
MSP last year introduced a proprietary direct marketing program called Pathways Marketing. It includes increased analysis and several mailing tracks, or paths, for various donor groups.
The agency now works with 18 Salvation Army divisions nationwide. A new strategy is helping turn around the charity's Southern New England division.
