Salesforce.com and WebSideStory announced a partnership last week that provides joint customers with a full view of the return on investment from their marketing campaign.
Clients of salesforce.com S3 and WebSideStory's HitBox Enterprise will be able to link their systems to determine things such as the number of visitors reached by a particular initiative and the revenue generated from that campaign.
Salesforce.com, San Francisco, announced S3 last week. It allows the scalable management of sales force automation, campaign management, customer service and support as well as documents and files.
WebSideStory, San Diego, is an online marketing analytics and optimization vendor.
