Rural Cellular Corp. announced yesterday it selected Amdocs for its integrated CRM and billing platform.
Rural Cellular, Alexandria, MN, will consolidate its legacy billing platforms onto Amdocs Enabler, upgrade CRM capabilities with Amdocs ClarifyCRM and employ Amdocs' managed services. Amdocs' integrated customer management approach will allow unified handling of Rural Cellular's products and services while providing a single customer view to improve customer service.
Amdocs, St Louis, will support the voice, data and long-distance resale lines of business for Rural Cellular.
Rural Cellular serves 750,000 wireless customers in 44 markets in the Midwest, Northeast, South and Northwest. It offers services such as cellular, paging, long distance and PCS to customers in rural markets in 14 states.
