R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company has opened a new mail consolidation facility in suburban Dallas and, as a result, has expanded its North American print logistics operations, the Chicago-based printer said yesterday.
The new facility offers complete distribution management services to direct response marketers, magazine publishers, catalogers and other mailers in the Southwest.
“In addition to realizing enhanced postal drop-ship cost savings and access to our extensive consolidation network, customers in this region will enjoy additional value when working with us because we make significantly more regularly scheduled deliveries into the postal stream than any other print logistics provider,” RR Donnelley Group president, publishing & retail services John Paloian said in a statement.
