R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company has launched OneSite, a web tool that offers customers the ability to see where their materials are throughout the mail stream instantaneously.
Chicago-based R.R. Donnelley said OneSite combines post-production shipment tracking and U.S. Postal Service network tracking into one synchronized report. Mail production workflow is often spread among several locations.
OneSite also provides a new range of tracking and reporting tools designed to maximize opportunities for customers to capitalize on mailing campaign effectiveness.
