ROI Direct.com said yesterday it is offering a money-back guarantee to customers of its ROI CustomResponse e-mail management service. The company will refund all implementation, hosting and message fees to customers who elect to cancel CustomResponse service within 90 days of implementation.
CustomResponse is a hosted, customized application service that enables companies to respond quickly and personally to high volumes of inbound customer e-mail. The system also manages quality and costs of online service and support. The application uses Web forms, advanced message routing and a Web interface to improve both the speed and accuracy of e-mail responses.
