Smart Button Associates announced last week that Riverfront Wilmington — a shopping and entertainment complex along the Brandywine and Christina rivers in Wilmington, DE — implemented the company's customer loyalty solution.
LoyaltyTrak is a hosted, Web-based, customer loyalty and rewards solution developed for the restaurant, retail, entertainment and leisure industries.
Smart Button, Newark, DE, will provide Riverfront Wilmington with a complete database containing customer information about visitors, letting it build strong relationships with its customers and encourage repeat visits through the Riverfront Wilmington Rewards Program.
The program is designed to identify customers who are frequent patrons of Riverfront Wilmington, establish a means with which to communicate with them directly and offer them a chance to earn points and rewards at numerous participating attractions.
Riverfront Wilmington Rewards Program members are entitled to discounts by showing their card to any participating merchant or scanning it at a kiosk. Members will get discounts at the Blair Catalog Outlet, L.L. Bean, the L'eggs/Hanes/Bali/Playtex Factory Outlet and Iron Hill Brewery.
Customers acquire points by visiting a participating merchant location, the riverfrontrewards.com portal or by answering survey questions. Once members accumulate points, they receive rewards such as gift certificates from Molly's, U.S. Factory Outlets and P&S Ravioli as well as free food from Tokyo Sushi, Timothy's and Jeenwong.
Customers can enroll for the free program at www.riverfrontrewards.com or by visiting a participating merchant and filling out an application.
