Restaurant Marketers Serve Up Social Media

The holiday season is as much about food as it is about loved ones and gifts—for some, maybe even more so. The restaurant industry is worth an estimated $700 billion in the United States, and marketers for eateries are trying to make their brands stand out as the obvious choice for family get-togethers, corporate holiday parties, and seasonal soirees. In fact, according to the National Restaurant Association, about nine out of every 10 restaurants are using social media to standout in such a competitive space.

A new report from social marketing platform Sprinklr ranks the top restaurant brands that are effectively using social media to persuade restaurant-goers to patronize their eateries—and not just during the holidays but year-round. This particular set of data was collected daily in September. Here’s a fun snapshot of the report that reveals which restaurant marketers are coming out on top.
