Remedy Corp., Mountain View, CA, has acquired the assets of Axtive Software Corp., a provider of relationship marketing software and services. Its products will be integrated into the Remedy Customer Relationship Management Solutions and the Remedy Help Desk applications, resulting in an affordable Web personalization that both leverages and enriches the central customer database used by all Remedy applications.
The Axtive products will provide Remedy, its partners and customers the technology needed to interact with each individual Web-site visitor, whether they are first-time visitors or pre-existing customers.
