Redi-Direct Marketing acquires Dialog Group

Redi-Direct Marketing Inc., the holding company of Redi-Mail Direct Marketing and StayinFront Inc. and a technology-based sales and marketing solutions provider, has acquired the assets of Dialog Group Inc. and its subsidiaries.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

New York City-based Dialog Group is a full-service provider of business and consumer databases. It is also a developer of integrated online, offline and broadcast communication for a variety of industries including healthcare, small business, telecommunications, mail shop and finance. Dialog Group is comprised of two divisions, Data Dialog and Healthcare Dialog.

A client of Fairfield, NJ-based Redi-Mail Direct Marketing for more than 10 years, the acquisition of Dialog Group further expands the capabilities and offerings of Redi-Direct Marketing’s other operating units.

Dialog Group has a proprietary database of information on more than 100 million households, and Redi-Mail offers list sourcing capabilities from leading healthcare, business-to-business and consumer databases, and turnkey mail, fulfillment and sampling solutions.

As a division of Redi-Direct Marketing, Dialog Group will continue to offer relationship marketing and communication programs tailored to the needs of the pharmaceutical industry, as well as systems and tools that facilitate the collection and distribution of data to generate business prospect leads, service customers and streamline processes.
