Interactive marketing services provider e-centives Inc. said yesterday that Reckitt Benckiser, a consumer product manufacturer, selected e-centives' technology platform and services to build and manage relationships with consumers in the US and UK.
e-centives, Bethesda, MD, provides an interactive marketing platform that lets CPG companies build a database of their consumers, establish direct relationships through personalized e-mail communications, influence their purchase behavior with targeted and individually trackable promotional offers, and gain insights about those consumers.
e-centives will provide the following services:
· Building, hosting and managing multiple brand Web sites, user registrations and data-collection;
· Developing and delivering personalized consumer email newsletters and offers;
· Tracking and collecting all vital data across multiple customer interactions and communications ; and
· Reporting and analyzing the effectiveness of campaigns, down to a user-by-user basis.
e-centives will also improve Reckitt Benckiser's “HomeSolutionsNews,” an e-mail newsletter that provides savings on its global products through coupons, sweepstakes and samples, combined with tips and advice through articles and information related to home care.
