Reader's Digest marks its 1,000th issue by looking into the future with the magazine's August edition, which goes on sale next week.
The theme of the issue, “Trends That Will Change Your Life,” will examine what the future holds for culture, science, medicine, living, money and more, the Pleasantville, NY-based publisher said yesterday.
The issue will be accompanied by a limited edition, oversized ride-along magazine, titled Future, which will give readers a glimpse forward in time. The magazine also will feature a special ad section, “As Foreseen in Reader's Digest,” with advertisers sharing their visions of the future.
