MyWorth is a company launched by historic insurance firm Penn Mutual: it’s mission, providing financial advice and guidance to women of all ages. Ninety percent of women find themselves solely responsible for their finances at some point in their lives, and MyWorth wants to offer them education before crises arise. Ande Frazier, a VP at Penn Mutual, is CEO of MyWorth. Kim Davis sat down with her to find out what role design thinking applied in accelerating the development of the company, how they reach their audience, and what channels work best for them.
