Reed Business Information merged its international business-to-business marketing division, UK-based Mardev, with US counterpart DM2-DecisionMaker on March 2.
The combined division will operate under the name Mardev-DM2. No major financial, staff or capability changes are expected, said Mary Miller, director of marketing at Mardev-DM2.
“We were divisions of the same company before this, but one under the RBI US brand and one under the RBI UK brand,” she said. “We’re maintaining the staff and product portfolio as much as possible.”
