Digital marketing firm Razorfish has acquired Wysiwyg, one of Spain’s largest digital advertising agencies.
Razorfish, a subsidiary of Microsoft, currently has offices in the United States, UK, Australia, China, France, Germany and Japan.
The Madrid-based Wysiwyg will be known as Wysiwyg, a Razorfish company, and managed by its existing leadership team, according to a release.
“This deal represents a significant milestone as we build our network in Europe, where we already have operations in France, UK and Germany,” said Darin Brown, president of Razorfish Europe, in a statement.
Razorfish Europe clients include Asda, International Olympic Committee, Weight Watchers and Starwood Hotels.
