RalstonGroup, a Bend, OR, ad agency, changed its name to Ralston360.
The change at the 18-year-old agency includes a shift toward direct marketing programs as clients show more interest in that discipline. The shop (www.ralston360.com) opened an office in Portland, OR, headed by Michael Caplan as vice president of direct marketing.
The 15-person agency will retain its headquarters at Bend, serving clients in categories like finance, tourism, energy, technology, healthcare and professional services. The agency has won three new clients so far this year: Blue Cross Idaho, Wildhorse Resort & Casino and Multnomah Publishing.
