QUIQ Inc., a mass collaboration software for customer service vendors, and Quaero LLC, a customer relationship management service provider, announced a strategic alliance yesterday.
Quaero, Charlotte, NC, will use its CRM solution systems integration experience to help QUIQ, San Mateo, CA, deploy its flagship product, QUIQ Connect. The product taps into a company's database of customers and partners and answers up to 91 percent of customer inquiries without call or e-mail center involvement, reducing customer support costs while improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Quareo will also integrate customer data with third-party software applications and will help QUIQ meet the growing demand for mass collaboration solutions.
