Quest Diagnostics, a leading provider of diagnostic testing, has debuted its first direct-to-customer online service to allow consumers to directly receive their test results and health information.
Available on www.questest.com, the service will also allow users to select and order tests online, schedule appointments, and receive test results through an interactive report.
Web design shop Razorfish Inc., New York, designed the site, plus content strategy and interface design.
“The new site empowers patients and consumers to gain more control of their personal health and to obtain test results faster than ever before, while at the same time saving costs and paperwork for Quest Diagnostics,” Timothy Spence, client partner for Razorfish, said in a statement.
