Quebecor to Print Teen Vogue

Commercial print giant Quebecor World Inc. has signed a deal to print a new magazine, Teen Vogue, for Conde Nast Publications six times in 2003 starting with the magazine's February/March issue.

The multi-year agreement calls for printing 450,000 copies initially. Financial details were not disclosed. Teen Vogue is a Euro-sized title, printed on 6 3/4-inch by 9 1/8-inch paper.

The contract expands Conde Nast's 20-year relationship with Quebecor, which also prints the Conde Nast titles Brides, GQ, Vogue, House & Garden, Allure, Gourmet, Architectural Digest and Self. Quebecor also prints Parade and Golf Digest, titles published by Advance Magazine Group, Conde Nast's parent firm.

Quebecor, whose headquarters is in Montreal, claims to be the world's largest commercial printer, with 40,000 employees in North America, Europe, Latin America and India.
