Quadstone has debuted a package of marketing, customer service and customer relationship management software-based services.
Aimed at financial services firms, retailers, telecommunications companies and advertising agencies, the software can incorporate customer/prospect databases, call centers, Web promotions and store marketing.
The software can improve a firm's ability to target audiences, understand customer behavior via measurement, predict how customers will behave and maximize return on investment, according to Quadstone, Boston. The company also is touting the software's ability to take businesses to market quickly and notes that it does not require full-time statisticians or information technology teams to manage.
Pricing for the software, which also is named Quadstone, was not available.
