Joel Quadracci, son of the late Quad/Graphics founder Harry Quadracci, is joining the print house’s board of directors and will serve as its vice president of sales and administration, the company announced late Monday.
Quadracci, whose father died in July 2002 as the result of an accidental drowning, has been vice president of print sales at Quad/Graphics, Sussex, WI, during the last four years. In his new position, he will direct sales and customer service — two operations that are in separate divisions, but will be integrated under Joel Quadracci’s leadership, the company said.
Other Quadracci family members also hold leadership positions within the company. Thomas Quadracci, brother of the founder, has served as president and CEO of Quad/Graphics since Harry Quadracci’s death. Betty Quadracci, the founder’s widow, is president of QuadCreative Group and publisher of Milwaukee Magazine.
