Quad/Graphics opened its newest printing facility in Oklahoma City yesterday, making it the company's first printing facility west of the Mississippi River. The plant encompasses nearly 220,000 square feet and currently employs 100 people. The company is planning to add another 385,000 square feet of manufacturing space to accommodate the startup of gravure operations next fall. Quad expects to hire another 150 employees by next fall.
