PwC Announces Digital Services Business

Consulting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) announced today the formation of its Digital Services business, a consulting division focused on creating competitive advantage for its clients in today’s digital world.

More than 2,000 digital consulting professionals and experts from around the world have committed to helping PwC clients that seek strategic advice on their digital operations. This team was built around PwC’s recent acquisitions of Ant’s Eye View, BGT Partners, Diamond Management & Technology Consultants, Intuity, Logan Tod & Co, PRTM, Stamford Interactive, and Strategy& (formerly known as Booz & Company).

“Eighty-one percent of CEOs who participated in PwC’s 2014 CEO Survey said that technological advances are the most important trend to transform their business over the next five years; yet PwC’s 2014 Digital IQ Survey found that most companies are not prepared to address the challenges and opportunities of digital,” Juan Pujadas, global advisor leader at PwC, said in a statement.  “Only 20 percent of companies even claim to have a strong ‘digital IQ.’ Our Digital Services teams can help companies harness the power of the digital world to create new standards for innovation, agility, service and impact.”
