Protagona Worldwide said yesterday that it has formed a partnership with Compaq Computer Corp. that will help Protagona enhance its flagship marketing campaign management suite, called Protagona Ensemble.
The program currently provides marketers with real-time marketing data, allowing them to respond to changing market conditions. Partnering with the Compaq Zero Latency Enterprise initiative will allow Protagona Ensemble to provide an integrated view of total enterprise information in real time.
The Compaq-aided Ensemble software will have wide application across industries, according to Chicago-based Protagona.
“Nearly all buying or attrition behavior is triggered by an event, and our new partnership aims at ensuring [that] marketers have access to all that information in real time,” said Bryan Black, CEO of Protagona Worldwide.
“Protagona Ensemble will add value to our ZLE solution framework by enabling users to act on information in real time and therefore devise more flexible and responsive marketing campaigns to address today's changing market environments,” said Rick Frazier, vice president of marketing at Compaq's Business-Critical Server Group.
