Printlux.com, a full-service commercial print company, announced a partnership last month with Hewlett-Packard to provide its corporate customer with poster-sized printing up to 54 inches wide.
Vancouver, British Columbia-based Printlux will use Hewlett-Packard's Designjet CP complete printing solution to produce photo-quality color posters. The posters will be used in a variety of business capacities, including presentations and point-of-sale displays.
Posters of 2 feet by 4 feet can be produced in 10 minutes, Printlux said. Hewlett-Packard's technology will be used with Printlux's existing film laminating, dry-mounting, and trimming and grommeting technologies.
Printlux provides commercial printing services to the North American market. Its services include digital pre-press, sheetfed digital and offset printing, high-speed photocopying, post-press, finishing, warehousing and fulfillment.
