PrintDepartment.com, a Web-based print and mail marketing company, said yesterday that it partnered with PSI Group Inc., a Pitney Bowes company, to handle its sorting and delivery of mail nationwide for its clients.
PSI Group has a network of presort mail operating centers in 30 of the largest U.S. cities, which will further speed PrintDepartment.com’s delivery of direct marketing materials for its customers.
PrintDepartment.com, Carlsbad, CA, provides quality online ordering services for printed sales and marketing materials. Its flagship solution, the Digital Design Center, provides breakthrough simplicity for the digital transformation, management, printing and mailing of sales and marketing collateral.
Along with the PSI Group deal and the Jan. 8 postage rate increase, PrintDepartment.com also announced a new, flat-fee postal rate for First-Class and Standard mail, regardless of quantity. Effective Jan. 9, large and small postcards sent via Standard cost a flat rate of 22 cents per piece, whether a customer sends 100 or 1,000 postcards, according to the company’s Web site. Large and small postcards sent via First Class cost a flat rate of 33 cents per piece.
