PrimeResponse Inc., Cambridge, MA, and Viador Inc., Mountain View, CA, said recently that they have formed a strategic partnership.
Under the agreement, PrimeResponse will license Viador technology to provide its partners and customers as well as marketers with a single view of the customer and a Web-based point of access to its suite of analytics, personalization, execution and reporting capabilities.
The PrimeResponse marketing portal will leverage Viador's comprehensive Enterprise Information Portal platform to provide an up-to-date, real-time view of the marketing function as well as an integration point to provide a single view of the customer across the entire eCRM suite, including sales, marketing and service. The formal introduction of this comprehensive eCRM marketing portal will take place at the net.marketing Fall Conference & Exhibition in Boston in September.
PrimeResponse also introduced the formation of a relationship marketing advisory board. According to PrimeResponse, the group will be dedicated to harnessing the knowledge of e-marketing to shape the future of relationship marketing strategy and technology.
The board’s chairman will be Joel Book, PrimeResponse's director of eCRM strategy and consulting.
