Precision Response Corp., Fort Lauderdale, FL, said last week it has integrated the Quintus eContact platform to provide Web-based customer service for Ticketmaster.
The solution is designed to facilitate consumer e-mail communications between Ticketmaster's national network of multimedia contact centers.
