Postal Inspection Service, FBI Offer Reward for Anthrax Information

The U.S. Postal Inspection Service and the FBI jointly announced yesterday a reward of up to $1 million for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for mailing letters containing anthrax.

In partnership with the television show “America's Most Wanted,” confidential telephone calls can be directed to the program's phone bank at (800) CRIME TV or to its Web site at www.amw.com.

Callers will remain anonymous, if they choose.

The Joint Terrorism Task Force will immediately get any information from viewers for follow-up investigation.
