E-mail marketing service provider Post Communications, San Francisco, announced yesterday a tenfold increase in its total number of clients from 1998 to 1999. Also, revenue from ongoing client program operations increased by a factor of 10 during this period.
Post reported more new clients in the fourth quarter of 1999 than in the previous two quarters combined. During the fourth quarter, Post launched e-mail marketing programs for Victoria’s Secret, eBags, myplay, eHow.com, ShopperConnection and toysmart.com.
The company also reported that it tripled its number of employees during the year.
