Stamford, CT-based @plan.inc, an online business-to-business exchange for optimizing online advertising and merchandising strategies, yesterday launched its E-Tailgraphics system. The system assists market researchers in the categories of automotive, travel and general merchandise. It comprises four modules: Market Performance Evaluator, E-Tail Segment Ranker, Customer Performance Evaluator and Market Segment Profiler.
Each quarter the system will be updated from a sample of 15,000 active online shoppers in the automotive, travel, and general merchandise sectors. This will give subscribing online e-tailers the ability to track their progress over time on measures of performance and allow them to assess how their performance stacks up with that of their competitors.
