Pitney Bowes yesterday introduced two mail-processors for direct mailers.
The U580 Mail Processor is designed to allow business mailers to create and distribute professional, clean looking mail that can increase open rates.
Key features of the U580 Mail Processor include:
• High speed output, allowing up to 200 letters to be processed per minute.
• Variable mail piece feeding, allowing the ability to feed mail pieces ranging from postcards to 9-inch by 12-inch flats.
• Secure sealing, allowing for confidential mailings.
The other product, the OfficeRight Mailer, is an automated folding and inserting machine. According to Pitney Bowes, users have access to a fast insertion capability in a compact unit that can reduce administrative time.
The OfficeRight Mailer can process up to 900 mail pieces per hour or 15 cycles per minute, with a target output of 200-2,000 items per month. Handling material, both unstapled or stapled, it is designed to facilitate the distribution of invoices, estimates or promotional materials folded and inserted into regular business size envelopes.
