Robin Raff has been named director of strategy for ECI Healthcare, a division of Expert Communications Inc., part Omnicom’s Star Marketing Service Group. Raff’s has previously handled major healthcare clients at worldwide agencies.
AccuWeather Inc. has named Bill Stephen to the newly created role of VP, global advertising sales. Stephen has worked on sales teams at AOL, Ziff Davis and multiple Time Warner properties.
Jeff Pavelcsyk has joined Clash-Media as business development manager. Pavelcsyk was previously at Innovation Ads, where he assisted with the launch, development and management of the company’s education division.
Karen Kaufman has joined Maxus in the newly created position of worldwide business development director. She joins the communications company from its sister agency, Mindshare, where she had been managing partner and head of the agency’s Busines Planning unit.
