Business information solutions provider OneSource Information Services Inc. announced yesterday the availability of Account Intelligence for users of salesforce.com, an online CRM provider.
OneSource, Concord, MA, is a Donnelley Group company of infoUSA.
Account Intelligence integrates OneSource’s business information such as company profiles, executive listings, company news, financial data and analyst reports with salesforce.com applications so that users can access it.
The tool is available through OneSource or salesforce.com partner Theikos, a Waltham, MA, provider of customer relationship management and on-demand services. Account Intelligence is offered as an annual subscription based on the number of users.
In other OneSource news, the firm said it added aggregated information from six new data providers to boost its European and Asia/Pacific content. The data are from Experian Ltd., Verband der Vereine Creditreform, Coface SCRL, Coface Euro DB, Asian Company Profiles Ltd. and Graydon Nederland BV. OneSource said the data increased global company coverage 10 percent and executive coverage 20 percent.
